Zo groeit woordenschat van <strong>Dagelijkse Algemene Taal (DAT)<\/strong> naar <strong>Cognitief Academische Taal (CAT)<\/strong> binnen \u00e9\u00e9n doorlopende leercyclus.<\/p>\n<div style=\"display: flex;\">\n<div>\n<h2>Waarom PBL?<\/h2>\n<p>Er zijn twee pijlers voor PBL binnen Vaktaal+<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Taal in context:<\/strong> Vaktaal verschijnt niet los van de praktijk maar is ingebed in realistische situaties, zoals een logistieke vertraging, een zorg-overdracht of een klant\u00adklacht. Cursisten benoemen relevante vaktermen, passen ze toe in analyses en presenteren hun oplossing in een rollenspel, korte pitch of rapportage. De taal wordt dus direct verbonden aan concreet beroepsgedrag.<\/p>\n<h2>Reflectie en kwaliteitsdenken (PDCA)<\/h2>\n<p>Na de oplossing volgt steeds een <strong>Plan-Do-Check-Act<\/strong>-moment. Cursisten plannen hun aanpak, voeren uit, controleren het resultaat en sturen bij. Die cyclus sluit aan op kwaliteitssystemen in alle sectoren, van zorg tot techniek en dienstverlening.<\/p>\n<h2>Meer dan lijstjes<\/h2>\n<h3>Meer dan lijstjes: een ge\u00efntegreerd leer-ecosysteem<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Praat- en woordkaarten<\/strong> stimuleren gericht vragen stellen en discussi\u00ebren.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Leesroutes<\/strong> leren cursisten vakteksten analyseren en vertalen naar acties.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Micro-learning<\/strong> (scrap learning, korte quizzen, push-meldingen) borgt woordenschat tussen lessen door.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Flexibel voor elk mbo-niveau<\/h3>\n<p>Vaktaal+ werkt met drie lagen: <strong>Kern<\/strong>, <strong>Verdieping<\/strong> en <strong>Expert<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Kern<\/strong> \u2192 basisvaktaal en eenvoudige problemen (past bij mbo-2).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Verdieping<\/strong> \u2192 uitgebreidere analyse en formele rapportage (mbo-3).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Expert<\/strong> \u2192 complexe casussen, coaching en kwaliteitsprojecten (mbo-4).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Een docent kan dus kiezen voor een traject van 30 uur tot meer dan 150 uur, afhankelijk van doelgroep en opleidingsniveau.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/img-proxy.synced.sbs\/https%3A%2F%2Fwww.notion.so%2Fimage%2Fattachment%253Ac6ed7ef7-37db-4fee-8b5d-5e06feee3426%253Apbl_artikel_cover.png%3Ftable%3Dblock%26id%3D26dd253c-b9d9-8083-8499-da65c1fae805%26cache%3Dv2\" alt=\"cover\" width=\"1198\" height=\"861\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Conclusie<\/h2>\n<p>PBL binnen <strong>Vaktaal+<\/strong> smeedt een krachtige driehoek: <strong>woordenschat \u2192 handelen \u2192 kwaliteitsreflectie<\/strong>.
